The existing changing room layouts were no longer serving their purpose and were in need of an upgrade. We stripped out and demolished existing fixtures and fittings, installed steel beams and columns to form new spacious layout and circulation routes. We then revised the M&E to suit new shower and WC locations, prepared the drainage and associated subfloor, formed new partitions and walls, plastered the wall finished ready for prepared walls, floors and ceilings to receive new finishes. The WC and shower facilities received top grade installations, the changing room had new bespoke timber lockers installed and all within budget.
